Yali W. Dorenbos

Meet Yali Dorenbos, the founder of W Square Real Estate Capital. With over 20 years of experience managing, sourcing and executing large-scale commercial developments in the US and Europe, Yali brings an "ownership" view to clients' real estate needs. She has a successful track record of over three-billion dollar in real estate transactions and has held senior roles at Manulife Investment Management and Pembroke Real Estate. Yali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Tsinghua University, China, a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Real Estate Finance and Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
