While at Menulife Investment Management, on behalf General Account of the insurance company, Yali sourced, negotiated and formed joint venture with local developers to acquire and develop a 31 story multifamily tower of 326 units in Midtown Atlanta with top-level amenities. Yali managed acquisitions, negotiations of JV structure with preferred equity and closing, in addition to development oversight for the General Account.
